Felix Faust (also seen in this month's SILVER AGE) returns, but the Flash isn't going to face him alone...not with the original Captain Marvel on hand! Faust makes his comeback at a broadcasters' convention, where his master plan runs into a trio of detractors: Linda Park, Flash Wally West and some kid named Billy Batson.
